Hello:
I am just a weekend hobbyist using a low angle jack. I have 2 blades: one at 25 degrees and the other at 38. I was experiencing a little bit of tear out using the 25 degree blade so I popped in the 38 degree blade. The surface was smooth like you would typically expect from a decently sharpened blade. However, the grain looked a little cloudy – almost like it was sanded or had a milky film over it. Is this normal? If not, what did I messs up?
