Has anyone tried out the CMT tenon cutter? Is it worth the money or should I stick to the table saw?

Stick with the table saw. I bought the tenon cutter and found that tear out was a problem. To solve the problem I had to score the back of the piece. Also, I thought the cutter was not balanced.
