Has anyone ever ordered anything from Performance Line Tool Center in Waterford, Michigan or Silvers Mill in Big Water Utah. I’m interested in hearing about their customer service including but not limited to timely delivery, ease of returns and anything you think is important.
I was looking for a couple of router bits a few years ago and after checking all my usual suppliers I finally found them at a company across the country from me. I tried to check their BBB rating but they weren’t members and didn’t have any complaints so I placed the order and never herd anything from them, no order confirmation, nothing. Two weeks later I sent them an email and again no reply. After two more weeks I started looking for another supplier a figured that $95 was gone. A couple of weeks after that a box with the bits hit my door. I got what I needed but don’t like dealing with companies like that. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Possibly a labor shortage and delivery delay due to covid.
Thanks Bluemo. I understand everyone is having issues now but the router bit problem was well before covid and even with that good companies are sending emails to acknowledge your order and explain any issues they are having. Even if it's a standard form letter that the computer sends with every order you know that the order got there.
