I have a copy of FWW “ Furniture- 102 Contemporary Designs “ published in 2008. Does anyone know if other issues of this special edition were ever published. Are they available on the website? It’s been an inspiration

The magazine you refer to is simply a magazine version of "Design Book Eight", which was the final one in the series of design books published by Taunton Press. The content is exactly the same - I have both (when I ordered the magazine I didn't know that the magazine version would be just a copy of "Design Book Eight"). The first such book in the series was titled "Biennial Design Book" and it was published in 1977. A new one (i.e., "Design Book 2", "Design Book 3", etc.) came out every few years. I have all eight and have perused them several times over the years, sometimes finding some cool project ideas. Design Books 1-7 included chapters on every type of woodworking, including carving, sculpture and turning, but their primarily focus was furniture deigns. The designs generally leaned towards studio furniture, meaning that the designs are more artistic than functional by nature, but they also included some more traditional and even period furniture styles as well. Some of the designs are a bit dated now, especially in the earlier books in the series, but still worth having and fun to look through. I've seen one or more of them from time to time in used book stores, and you might try abebooks, half price books, etc. online, maybe even eBay. I doubt that you can get them new from Taunton Press anymore.
Just for the heck of it, I looked on eBay and I see that used copies of almost all of the eight design books are available, many for less than $10. Combined with other online sources for used books, it shouldn't be difficult to put together a complete set if you are interested.
Thanks guys. That’s very helphul
Wow, thanks for prodding my memory. I had a dresser that I built for one of my kids featured in Design Book Three.
