Sometime within the last two weeks I saw a new article on the website about making coopered cope and stick doors. The basic premise was to bandsaw the rails and cooper the panels. I thought I saved it to my favorites and now for the life of me I can’t find it. Does anyone know how to find this. I am making up stock today and I just wanted to brush up a little before I put it all together.
Thanks!

There an older article by Stephen Hammer https://www.finewoodworking.com/PlansAndProjects/PlansAndProjectsPDF.aspx?id=2853
He does some things weird. It is easier if your coopered panel form/jig is concave vs. convex like his form. Because a concave form can be "clamped" with wedges and stops verse strap and bar clamps. The wedges push the panel down into the form/jig. then use a spoke shave or compass plane to round the coopered panel, switch to card scaper then sandpaper. You may wish to pattern route the rails after bandsawing.

P.S. I learned all this from Chris Gochnour
