I am building replacement sash for original windows installed about 1860. I am making every effort to duplicate them exactly but with machine tools. I have 16 units to build in the first installment of 32. These are for myself. One minor complication is the upper sash are arched with a 44.5″ radius. I have everything figured out with a prototype made EXCEPT the coped mortise and tenon. The profile of the sticking is approximately Roman Ogee which is very typical of the profile of the period made with hand planes. The problem is trying to mirror the sticking on the cope.
Is there a bit that will mirrow the sticking? Is the a bit set that will approximate my goal? I have found alternative profiles for which bits are available bit nothing close to the ogee profile I want.
Thanks in advance for any information you may have.

You can cope by hand
which isn't too hard i have attached a picture as an example of this. If you don;t want to do it by hand Charles Schmidt can make a custom bit for you to your design. They can probably provide as well a Hss blank router bit that you can grind to pattern yourself, although that takes a bit of skill.
Feel free to email me if you want more info.
