I have been incorporating hammered copper elements into some wooden lamp bases that I have been making. So far, I have purchased copper from Home Depot in a big roll in a box. But I am looking for a source for flat pieces. I have looked online and found a few crafts sites that sell small pieces for small usage. Anyone have an idea for a good resource for quantities on this?

I've only bought brass from these guys, but was happy with the service. I checked and they also have copper. They might have what you're looking for.

I love the smell of sawdust in the morning.
Alaskan Copper and Brass
3223 6th Ave. South
Seattle, Wa. 981341-800-552-7661I have used their fabrication shop for small jobs before (a couple dozen small bronze bars cut), but I think that if you want small lots of sheet stock, they will refer you to a company called Metal Shorts

I will give them a call. Thanks.
Thanks for the link. I'll check it out.
http://www.mcmaster.com is an industrial supply house. They have copper sheets in small sizes, but are specific alloys that may be pricer than you need. Anyway, they have the best selection of industrial supplies under the sun.
