   I don't really know- I am getting ready to build a kitchen in a new construction and want to incorporate some small corbels in the stiles of the cabinets as well as brackets for an island- All to be painted / glazed - Is it a "sin" to buy  a corbel or do all you fine woodworkers carve your own?
