Has anyone used a cordless jig saw?
I install 6 to 10 kitchens/bathrooms a month, so it will see a fair bit of use.
I have looked at both the Bosch 24V and the PC 19.2V.
Always nice not to have to drag a cord around.
Thanks,Darren.

I have had the 18v DeWalt for 3 years and have been surprised at the life of the batteries. Recently ripped 3 8' 2x4s (scribed to fit) on one charge. Also used it to cut 3/8" plate 12" by 18" on 3 sides for a winch mount. Had to change the battery but the first one was not fully charged to start. Biggest problem is you have to be careful with the blade holder. Be sure it is fully inserted and tightened. Also have the circ saw and recip saw and hammer drill, all were a gift but I wouldn't change them. Might buy the 24 volt tools by choice.
Darren,
I use a 18v Dewalt. I don't have any complaints. All my tools are 18v Dewalt, so it great having the same battery. I've looked into the 24v ones and they were a lot heavier.

Thanks for your thoughts.
My biggest concern is being able to cut out for electrical boxes plumbing and the kitchen sink, preferably with just 1 charge.
It sure would look good in the tool box.
Thanks again, Darren.
