craftsman belt sander (ala boat anchor)

I have a couple of Craftsman belt sanders(presents over the years)that I can’t seem to get the beslts tracking properly. I read somewhere about some fixes for this problem but can’t remember where. Can someone help me reference this once again so I don’thave to turn them into boat anchors.

I think your best bet is to use them as anchors
Boat anchor, A term I use quite often for poor tools. :-)
