Hey everyone. Novice woodworker here. Been looking at used jointers n various sites. I found a Craftsman, 351.21728 which looks to be in decent shape for $100. I was looking for replacement parts, mainly blades, and was notable to find any. Obviously, before I buy it, I need to make sure I can get parts. Any suggestions?

I think I have the same jointer. I went on amazon and found blades, 6 1/8" I think. I tried to set them by how far they dragged a ruler and failed miserably. I got some 123 blocks and attached a dial gauge and was able to get them perfect. I will try to find the link after I verify my model number.
If you have the original blades, and they aren't really messed up, you can take them to a saw shop and get them sharpened for a very small fee. They will last a long time for a hobbyist.
