I’m wanting to install crown moldings. All my outside corners are rounded instead of square. How do I overcome this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What is the radius of the rounding? is it tight (less than an inch) or is it large requiring curved crown moldings? (you can purchase "foam" crown moldings that curve and paint up like wood or you could plaster cast some (major pain in the neck))
Mark it with Chalk,
Cut it with an Ax.

Cicco,
I've never put crown on a bullnosed cabinet, but I have installed baseboard on walls with with bullnosed outside corners. I ran the base beyond the bullnosed edge, as if it was a regular corner, and then cut a piece to fit between the corner of the base and the bullnose. I used 1X stock stained to match, used a whole saw to match the radius of the corner, and then projected the a right angle to meet the radius at the edges. Cut it out and dropped it in with glue. Looked decent and has held up well. If this is hard to picture, imagine a right angle triangle, with a semi-cirlcle instead of the long side.
Hope this helps!
