   something like a cigar box for the cuff links put in stock and drill hole so they stand up, secure for the watches rout out some stock felt lined so the lay flat

   For the cufflinks, you could draw from the way posted earrings are sometimes displayed (pierced ear-type earrings).  A thin piece of wood with little slots, spaced evenly.  For the cufflinks, in a box say, I'd tilt the wood at 30-40°
