I aminterested in buying a new cup sprayer. I bought one in 4 years ago in Houston texas and never had much luck with it. I didnt know about blush then and the humidity there was bad. I am not sure how much of my failure was due to me or the $45.00 gun. I am in north Texas now and the Humidity is much less. I have benn using my spray rig to put on laq but I am tired of running all that through my hoses. and clean-up is a pain. I am looking to buy a new cup sprayer for Laquer and Poly. Maybe one topp spray shutters or somthing. (my last one refused to spray paint). What is a good one in the $150.00 range. What is the advantages of a gravity fed or siphon. Seems like the gravity fed would be a problem in tight spaces. My graco paint sprayer puts on a GREAT finish and in hard to get places it is nice also. But the clean-up and the set up time,…jeesh!
any help would be appreciated.

I dont know if the humidity is the problem or not. People seem to like the PC HVLP systems theyre in the price range you mentioned. But I went to a accuspray and love it. I would suggest going to http://www.homesteadfinishing.com its Jeff jewitts site and I m sure he can answer your humidity questions. Sorry I couldnt be more help.
