Not much you can do except mill the boards thinner. I like to follow Gary Rogowski's advice when milling lumber for a project and that is to do your first round of milling oversized to relieve stress in the wood, then do a second round of milling just prior to using the material to the final dimensions.
If the drawers are dovetailed, you can try using the cupped wood. Dovetail joints are strong enough to pull some boards back to flat. But I can't guarantee that will work.
