Last spring I bought a Bosch 1517evs router package. I have been very satisified with with the router, but I recently noticed that the magnesium motor housing appeared to be oxidizing. I e-mailed Bosch customer service about the problem and recieved a prompt response to send it to one of their service centers, which I did. One week later my router was returned looking brand new with a new aluminum housing (no charge). We often bitch about bad customer service, but it is also incumbent on us to speak up when we we recieve good service. I’m a Bosch fan now. Art

Kudos to Bosch! I've seen references to this problem for awhile now, and it does seem they are taking care of it pronto when people call it in. Kudos to you for posting!

Good morning,
I am trying to renew the 3 years magazine subscription, but cannot get through the process.
Can't get my credit card (VISA) to be accepted, the site keeps asking me to choose for a payment type . Can you help ? Thank you
Hi; Recieved notification on subscription renewal, going to be processed through the credit card. The card has changed, but I am unable to access by way of my customer account number to make the changes. Direction?
Call Taunton, this will get done easily on the phone. I think it is very unlikely that they find your note in a chat thread about Bosch routers.
