If you are asking about a classical "perfect curve" as opposed to the more modern and ugly arc, then it is something best done by eye.
Take a piece of 3/8 MDF and make a pattern out of it, using a drum sander to shape the curve so that it is pleasing to you and the piece. Then use the pattern to duplicate the curve on both end pieces using a router.

About what I did for the legs and the back rest... MAKE sure the patterns are PERFECT! Or ya' end up with funny stuff!
