I have a 3foot x6ft.x4in piece of very curly Koa.
I havve no machinery big enough to veneer it. Does anyone know of an experienced veneer cutter near Western CO who might cut this for me?

Veneers are peeled off logs in a lathe type operation. They are not cut off large flat slabs.
You are incorrect
that all veneer is peeled off logs. This is called Rotary Cut, the process resembles the unrolling of a roll of toilet paper. A segment of a log can also be cut on an arc to give a flat or plain sliced effect. Most high quality veneer, particularly rift and quartered veneers, are sliced straight through, typically the segment of the log is mounted on a carriage which moves it through a fixed blade then advances for the next stroke. Rotary cut is the most unattractive but also very efficient(Cheap) which is why you typically see it in the low grade plywood such as fir or the less expensive sheets of birch or red oak.
As for getting the slab sliced into veneer, you would have to find a veneer mill with this specialized equipment, and willing to take the time do it for reasonable cost. You might be better off ripping the slab into widths than can be resawn into sequenced sets.
