Can anybody recommend a high quality Dado blade that is easy to work with at a decent price? I’m assuming that the stacked are better quality and the wobblers are easier to work with.
I bought a stacked dado months back and it didn’t cut the dado with a flat bottom face so I returned it.

I like and use the Freud Super Dado, but I don't know what your price range is.
Freud's Dial-a-Width dao set has gotten some positive responses in the forums.
Can't go wrong with Forrest but they are just about the most expensive
Depending on needs you can save a bit with a 6" set rather than an 8"
The Freud Super Dado set me back $175 10 years ago. and is still going fine - had to have it sharpened a couple of times
FWW dado test - Aug. 2005
Best overall - Freud SD508
Best Value - Infinity Dadonator
According to the blades reviewed, anything that will give good results in wood or plywood without leaving noticable scoring marks and flat bottom holes will be in the $170 to $250 range (list price). The two wobble dado blades scored fair in both materials.
I am very pleased with the CMT 8" stacked dado. It cuts a very flat bottom and retails for $200.
