I have a 8" Frued Super dado and I have been very pleased with it. Have heard good things about the forrest dado king. You might also check out infinity tools they have one that might fit your needs. The Frued and the Forrest have a 3/32 inch wide chipper that makes it easier to ajust for undersized plywood.

I've had/used a Freud 8" SuperDado for 10+ years. Never found one better.
Freud Super Dado or the Freud Dial-A-Width are all I carry anymore. I was thinking about carrying the Tenryu dado set which is also excellent but not any better than the Freud.
Some arbors are not long enough for the Dial-A-Width so you need to check your saw. Both have outstanding performance records with my customers. FYI the Dial-A-Width is not a wobble dado it is simply adjustable so that you do not need to use shims. This makes setting it up, just about, a one shot operation.

I have the Systematic 8" Fine stack. It makes very clean cuts and I like it a lot. Only downside I can think of is you need their shim pack to make dados to closely fit common plywood thicknesses. I understand the Forrest set has a chipper configuration that does that out of the box.
