I have just bought and tried Danish Oil with a top coat of ARM–SEAL a “oil & urethane” both products by General Finishes. I am not sure that the danish oil wilDanishin the pours of the wood. I do not want this finish to bubble or blead danish obleed Danishars. So far the piece that I have tryed a Pecan triedooks good I followed the directions but I Question the oil. I the past I have covered Linseed oil with shellac, no problem so I know you can cover a oil. Is there anyone out their who know’s these products or has used this methood before?

Umm, I hope I got the gist of your question...looks like your post got garbled up somehow. Anyway, I use oil/urethane over danish oil all the time, no problem. Sometimes I don't even wait for the oil to dry. I don't think you mention what wood species you're using...if it's oak or some other large-pored wood you may get some bleeding. Just wipe it off and recoat with the poly.
*I'll bet the "garbling" comes from using the site's spell-checker. I used it once, and it made quite the mess out of my mess-age. A few quirks to be worked out perhaps.
*Anyone ever use Clearwater Color water based stains. Are they still in business? I have some small cans of it and like the color but their website and phone # are not answering.
