I am trying to do a dash for a 66 corvair. Any ideas on making a form for bag pressing?

I don't, Jones, but have to tell you -- yesterday while out for the TG sales at the malls I saw the first Corvair I've seen in ages and it was sweet! Fully restored (from the outside look, anyway) with a really nice paint job. Have to confess, hubby and I joked a bit about having a "full restored death trap" but it was a nice lookin' car!
forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)

Don't know much about Corvairs, so I'm not sure if you want to add veneer to it or to make a complete replacement. Perhaps you could get another dash (if you don't already have one for parts) and use it, with suitable bracing, as the form. It would also serve as a pattern to measure from if you decide to build the form from scratch.
