I purchased a used Delta/Rockwell lathe a few years ago and have enjoyed learning to turn on it. Turning bowls seems to be the area that interests me most and I would like to turn some larger bowls but this machine is not up to the task, not being heavy enough or having adequate speed control. I have looked at the OneWay and, although it is an extremely nice machine, I wonder if I need to spend that much money. The Powermatic 3520B is the leader in the clubhouse at the moment but I was wondering if FW had ever done a review on this machine or if anyone out there has any thoughts

For about the same money as a 3520 you could get a dedicated bowl lathe, keep the Delta for spindles.

Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
Agreed! Two lathes are way better than one!
