I just replaced my Penn State 1 hp dust collector with a 1 1/2 Penn State dust collector. My old DC bags would blow up completely but this new one, the top bag stays folded. I have it wired for 110 so I can use my Long Ranger. Is this normal? Does anyone have the 1 1/2 Penn State DC? Also the motor seems to start very slowly. Thanks for any input.
