Ok, I’m running out of ideas. Someone help me before I dismantle this saw by hand…
I have a delta 36 650 10″ contractors table saw. I noticed that my blade is out if alignment, in that the back of the blade has moved to the right nearly an eighth of an inch. I’ve tried loosening the trunnions to adjust it back, but I cant seem to get it to move far enough to correct it. I can move it farther to the right, but not in the direction to fix it. I’ve taken the table loose from the base (which was no simple task I might add) blown all the sawdust free, but xant seem to find any cracks or bends anywhere. I’m out if ideas…..

I have been faced with this in the past. One question is, was it OK before and is now out of alignment? This is important as we need to know if we are "fixing" something that has changed or are "correcting" something that has always been wrong.
I had to loosen all the trunnion bolts and move the assembly over, snug one bolt to act as a pivot and pivot the assembly into alignment. I may misunderstand and possibly you have already loosend all the bolts.
If the trunnions are free to move in all directions within the slop of the purposely over-sized bolt holes and you still cannot get a position that will allow you to align, you may have to enlarge the hole(s). This is what I had to do on a Delta that I could not align no matter which extreme I started from.
The good news is that it didn't take much filing on one hole. The bad news is it is a pain to remove the trunnions from the table and put them back.
