Delta 8 inch jointers models 37-380, 37-350A and 37-365 are all listed in current sales literature for prices of $1050, $1300, and $1600. All apear to have 1and 1/2 horse motors, 3 blades, and enclosed metal base with dust collection ports.
Can anyone explain the differences?

I asked Delta about the 350 vs the 365. They said that they are the same machine- the "DJ-20. The difference being the X5 program on the 365 (extended warantee, a free tool and a discount coupon book). The 380 is a different (lesser) tool. It does not have the parallelogram system for the tables and has a somewhat shorter bed as well as different fence design.
hope this helps.
