Does anyone have blue prints for parts for the 14” lathe that are NLA?

I'm not sure what you mean by "NLA", but here's an exploded drawing and parts list from Ereplacement parts site. Maybe that will be of some help.

No longer available is what I think he means. ereplacement parts only deals with original from the manufacturer parts and since whoever took over Delta ownership seems to be no longer supporting old stuff basically almost everything will be NLA or listed as obsolete. But they will probably have a exploded view schematic drawing of your lathe.
Sometimes you will find these new/old parts at the service centers which were or still are servicing the manufactures equipment. The new equipment/power tools you purchase now will only have the current factory authorized service centers. Their are other service centers out their.
Hate to say it but I do find parts on ebay, original and after market. Also, got a old machine? -- follow Craigslist. Someone will have a beater eventually and at a reasonable price. Start stocking your own parts. Bearings and cap screws you'll always find but some of the other stuff is getting harder and harder to find. At least with Delta there were a lot of them out there. If you can't repair your old stuff you have to buy new stuff, could be a plot!
