Deltas utility sharpener has a reversible 170 rpm motor and a 120 grit wet wheel. I’m thinking i’d like to use it to sharpen, hunting Knifes, chisels, and lathe tools.
It’s on sale locally for $34. any input would be welcome. thanks Joe

My father in law bought one and he was not impressed with it. I was kind of surprised that he bought one as he always swore that an oil stone was the only way to sharpen tools. His biggest beef was the fact the edge was free from the nicks and burrs but still needed to be worked on with stones to get a good edge to do any kind of good work with.
