We never published plans, however, the author was kind enough to answer questions in this expert forum for a few months after his article was published. You can browse through his past answers to glean some tips, or send him an email directly by clicking on his screen name and using the "send an email" feature.
Since you're the second person looking for information in the past few weeks, maybe we'll ask Alan back to contribute more information.
