I use a DW718 Sliding Compound Miter Saw at work, it is equipped with a DW7187 Laser, the laser seems to lose it’s accuracy with use, anyone else encounter this problem.

I have the 716. Vibration seems to cause the laser to get out of whack. If I want to use it after I pull it out of the truck or if it has gone unused for a couple days I have to realign it.
Justin,
I agree that vibration is the culprit but I would have thought DeWALT would have put out a better setup to go with their top of the line saw.

I agree. Tools are often designed by engineers not carpenters or wood workers. Take comfort in the fact that the saw you own is as close to do it all miter saw currently on the market.
