HGTV The Conclusion…? they showed the bathroom crown molding that had leafs and grapes (I’m pretty sure it was it) and I kinda like that and wonder where I could get those?

Have you looked at Home Depot? They have synthetic crown molding made of a plastic/foam material. Its formed in shapes (egg & dart, dentil, etc). I don't remember seeing the grapes and leaves, but they may have it.
