Great! I hope the newest correspondence that the FW Team posted this evening is just the move we all in the FW community need.
The customer support folks just don't provide...support. I had the same issue. I wrote them asking them when I could expect to see the new issue show up on the app on my ipad. They said I'd need the app, then that I'd need a digital subscription. Check. Check. Many emails back and forth, still no access on the ipad, and can't figure out why. I love FWW and wanted the digital subscription, but I'm done. I won't renew as these luddites don't seem to understand how tech works.
CT, if you have the app and a digital subscription, try updating the app (as I did). That sorted the problem for me.

I agree, the Customerer Service section sucks!
I have a new subscription and downloaded the app as instructed in my subscrip confirmation e-mail and registered as instructed. I was not able to access any digital info and found no access points in the app. I went to the website and had the same result. I then e-mailed customer service twice with absolutely no reply. I was about to cancel my subscription when my wife convinced me to try again.
I had to re-register since I was not recognized with my info. Anyway, I finally got in but still have not heard from Customer Service.
Took my subscription money promptly tho.
