I have a Bridgewood 15″ planer, which is almost identical to other 15″ planers with different branding. I’m contemplating ordering a helical cutterhead directly from a chinese manufacturer, but I can’t find the specs anywhere online for these cutterheads. Specifically the inner and outer bearing dimensions, pulley hole size, etc. Does anyone have these dimensions or know where I could find them short of removing the cutterhead from my own machine? Thanks in advance.

Rather than go direct to China, take a look at Byrd, here in the US. They make cutterheads for a wide variety of machines, and probably know what will fit yours. And I'd bet my house the quality is going to be far better.
Yes, I know about Byrd, and that they make a great product. They also have a 2 month lead time. I'm just interested in seeing what other options are out there.
A word of caution not all helical heads are created equal. The Chinese heads tend to have fewer cutters and less twist and produce inferior results. I know I have one in a POS Grizzly planer and tearout is more of a problem than it was with my old Hitachi Planer. My advice is to go Byrd.
I have the same planer and I went with Byrd couldn't be happier
