I have finally started the dining room table. Bubinga with some ebony inlay.

I use good quality water based poly on many pieces and am very comfortable with it. Including rubbing it out.

I have also used Tung oil finish (Yes I know it is not pure tung oil)

I have never sprayed a finish and I’m not sure I want to learn on this one.

I’m looking for opinions on what you thing would be a good finish.
