I am planning to build a dining room table for my son. My shop in is the basement of our home so I must be able to carry it up the stairs, around a corner, up more stairs – – well, you get the drift! Is it possible to build the table and install the legs after removing it from the basement by using leg braces only?

Almost all tables sold in stores are shipped disassembled and there are several ways of making a sturdy table with removable legs, so you should have no problem.
