I need some serious help here.
I need to replace the corner blocks on my dinning room chairs. The problem I’m having is the chairs have 2 different types with 2 different angles. And to complicate matters they are fluted.
I have tried to replicate these with no luck.
Does any one know where I can get some? Or maybe have someone make me some?
Thanks!

iron,
are you referring to the under-the-seat blocks which are attached to, and support, the corner apron joints? if so, are these not invisible?

Yes. The are the enforcers for teh corner apron joints. They are invisible. However, I can't even make 'ugly' ones much less a pretty one. Also, they are pretty much the foundation for sturdiness of these chairs.
what he means by fluting as I understand him is that there are multiple t & g where the blocks meet the rails and that he buggered up the originals to bad that they can't be replaced. wit a bit of patience one can make new ones your just going to have to make up the spacing on your table saw.
the chair more than likely isn't worth the effort that you are going to have to go through to do it

Corner blocks
If the 'clarification of your problem' by Sid is correct, I agree that judicious work on the table saw should give you what you want. However, I would saw the profile shapes on a long piece of wood first, then chop them to the length you need. It might save dome fingers.

I'm with Frosty on this one too. take a longer piece of hardwood suitable for the new blocks, carefully cut long grooves to match as best you can the "reeding" of the originals. once you have your long piece made with all the grooves to match the original block you need to figure out the angles to cut. There are a few ways of doing this but your original blocks should be the easiest way. Use the front blocks to set your chop saw or table saw and cut two new blocks to replace these, then repeat the process for the rear blocks.
Hope this helps!
Robert.
