I thought I would try again to use the FW mobile app. I’m an unlimited subscriber.
Download the app and tried to login with my FW website username and password. No dice. Tried to “register” in the app. Error message. Same as months ago when I tried before.
This time, emailed customer service. Got an automated “we know you need something and we’ll get back to you” email. Waited a few days. Got an email today that had nothing to do with the mobile app, but was giving me support I didn’t need for logging into the website.
So, is the FW mobile app a thing that works? Is there any value to it? Should I be able to log in to it?
I fully acknowledge the problem could be me. Just looking for some help.

I struggled with the app a couple years back. I use the web version on duck duck go. It works great. no ads, pop ups, or traffic monitoring (like u get with big brother google).
I am having the same problems. Would love to be able to read the magazine on the app while using my phone, instead of having to go through the trouble of logging in via a browser.
I have experienced the same thing. I think it was John C2 who identified that the app login seems to fail each time a new issue is available on the app. This lasts for 7-10 days and then it works.
Go figure.
Long story short, as I understand it, the Paperlit app you download to get the magazine is... broken and it's been something we've been trying to move away from it for some time. It's not a switch we can hit and it's done, so it's taken a lot longer than it should have. A change in ownership in the middle of it did not help, except that AIM has a better option in place for their titles. So we at least know that what we're switching to works.
I'm pretty sure the switch is come very soon, but I'll try and get a timeline.
