Hi there,
I’m making a door frame (roughly 650mm x 20 x 16 stiles, 120mm x 40 x 16 rails.), and not quite sure how to join the rails to the stiles.
The panels are rebated and in a groove in the frame, the front of the panel is flush with the door. The panel is 6mm thick. Any suggestions? Maybe a 30 x 18 domino as shown in the photo? Or would you suggest just adjusting my sizes? I like the proportions but if it’s not feasible then I will have to think again! Thanks.

I don't understand your question. Are you asking about the size of the door or are you asking whether you should use dominos in the joints. Also, for me, your pictures do not correlate with your description.
Ive figured this one out, so dont worry, thanks.
Photos instead of screenshots would give us a better Idea of what you are doing.
I would just use dowels
