The Porter Cable jig's
The Porter Cable jig's instructions include how to attach the templates to a board for dovetailing boards wider than the jig was designed to handle. I assume other jigs do likewise. The board is then clamped to the work piece, and carefully moved for successive sets of cuts.
Saw and chisel...
Or the Keller can cover any width just by moving it along the board.
The Prazi jig (ChestMate) also works on infinite width stock. If you already have a jig that you are accustomed to working with, you could rip the material in half, cut twice as many joints, then glue the eight boards together. You'll probably spend a bit more time flushing everything up, but considerably less if the stock doesn't move too much - that is, it's well seasoned. Just an idea - I've never done this before.
I have a Woodrat / Router Boss that allows you to make very wide dovetails... plus you can reposition the stock in the jig if you set things up correctly.
