I have a project that includes inset doors and drawers fronts. I was planning on making them out of 3/4 since they will be larger than usual to ac”commodate for blankets. I noticed on the blum spec sheet they only had 1/2″ & 5/8″. Is safe to assume that all I need to do is subtract a 1/4″ from the side walls to accommodate for the larger material? Just want to make sure before I buy a bunch of expensive blum slides and build all the boxes, only for it to not work. Thanks for any feedback.

The width of the opening minus the glides gives you the OD of the drawer box. If you have half-inch glides and a 20-inch opening you'll build a 19-inch drawer box measured at the outside edges. I think having the hardware in hand before building the drawers is best.
I like to mock up with a solid plywood panel before I build the boxes. Cut a 3/4 ply panel to the full size of the drawer and screw the inside tracks on. You can test for width and also make sure they land the way you expect.
I got to this because I once had to take 1/4" off the back of a drawer after it was built.
