   Seth how about Accuride 3832 they  base the loading on the 18in length at 100lbs .But it is made in 10in AC.CB3832.10(black)

   Hafele has a full-extension overtravel slide similar to the Blum Tandem, and it is available in a 10" length.   hafeleonline.com now takes credit cards, so you may be able to get them that way.

   I buy all my slides from Specialty Supply. They have KV 10" 100lb. full extension slides for $7.29/pair. Here is their link. Their site is not the most user friendly. Click on hardware, then drawer slides, then on KV.

   Rockler has them, I just installed a pair of 10" full extension slides on a drawer this afternoon. Here is the link to them:
