Dremel 400 XPR feedback requested

Been thinking of purchasing the above unit. It seems appealing because it has so many attachents – – plunge router, planer, rotary tool/power carving, etc… I’d welcome any feedback from owners/users before I make the purchase. Thanks!

The Dremel, in general, is a fun little tool for fun little projects. Their marketing staff really wants you to believe it can do dozens of different operations and be a do-all tool, but keep in mind it is a little tool.
I use ours (we have both an old corded model and a new cordless model) fairly often for scaled down applications, because it offers more control.
