Jackie, Thank you for the information. I have been searching for quite some time and somehow missed the bushings in the Lee Valley catalog. I thought I knew everything in that catalog! Just goes to show what age does to the mind. Thanks again

http://www.carrlane.com and http://www.mcmaster.com are 2 more good sources for bushings
Rick,
Thank you for your help. Both the sources were unknown to me. They are a veritable gold-mine of useful things. Thank you again

David,
I also believe either reid tool http://www.reidtool.com or MSC http://www.mscdirect.com would have hardened bushings
Bobabeui,
Thank you for the tips. I knew of mscdirect and could not find the type of drill guide bushings for wood (linear serration). Reid tool does have drill guide bushings of the type I need. Thank you for your help

David,
Glad to help.. If either Reid or MSC doesn't have a product, it more than likely doesn't exist.. The service at Reid is the best..
Enjoy
