I’m new to woodworking and am wondering if anyone knew of a machine that can do horizontal drilling. Thankyou.

There are dedicated boring machines for production work as well as several combo machines that have horizontal boring.

what is your intended application?
One of Shopsmith's features.
You can build jigs to make a router cut in almost any direction.Think guillotine with a router bit sticking out 90deg. to the blade. Or turn your perspective, sometimes its easier to step back and rethink.
I want to thank you for reminding of how versatile power tools can be, especially with the use of jigs. The router is such a tool, but I had not thought of it for this application. You are right, one does need to step back and think of a tools abilities as well as its possibilities. Thanks again.
How about a wood lathe with a jacobs chuck?
