I’m thinking about buying a drum sander. What do you guys think about the woodmaster 38″ sander?
What about Grizzly sanders?
I want a good sander for the money that is single phase up to 10 HP.
Thanks and let me know

I had a grizzly about 7 years ago. Used it for one job then put it in the corner. The drive belt would not hold wood firm, so the boards would sometimes slip (shot out across the room) and belts were difficult to change. For two years now I have had a Woodmaster 38. I use it almost every day. It takes less then 5 minutes to change a belt, you can almost do it one handed. Don't know how I ever got along with out it. Best thing to do is get in touch with Woodmaster and find some one near you. Check it out.

I was able to buy one several months ago- I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I upgraded to the 7h.p. it is not that much more money, I do not know if I'll ever need the extra power but it's there if I do. You will love the machine.
Hey Trevor, buy the woodmaster, you won't be disappointed. They have financing also so you can have it delivered and pay it off when you finish your 1st job with it like I did. James
I own the 25" Woodmaster. I've had it for about 4 years and I use it almost every day I'm in the shop (mine came with a five year warranty). Well built (I believe their still American made) and they're always running specials on them, free shipping, scratch and dent, factory rebuilds, etc. If you dicker with them I think they'll give you a good deal on one.
IMO it was well worth the extra I paid versus the imports in that price range. Good luck!
Robert
