Hi All, I’m planning to upgrade from my current motor and blower so I can add some length and another drop to my system. I am having trouble finding just a motor and blower assembly and would prefer not to buy a whole dust collector and throw away half of a brand new machine.
My current system has a 1HP motor, 9″ fan, and super dust deputy by Oneida ( 6″ inlet and 7″ exhaust trunk ). I’d like a 1.5 – 2HP motor with a 10-12″ fan. Any leads on a company that will sell just the parts I need would be great. (Oneida won’t, I already tried because they helped me build the system)

Mcmaster carr sells replacement parts for their Mobile Single-Stage Dust Collectors; one of them might work for you. Unfortunately, they don't have much information as to dimensions, etc, but may be able to provide if you ask. I doubt you'll save any money going that route however.
It might be cheapest to just buy the 2HP DC from Harbor Freight and chuck what you don't need. The motor + impeller are probably 85% of the cost of these things.
Also, you can sometimes find good deals on used DC's on Facebook Marketplace and others. They're simple machines, so just find a good one at a decent price and only use what you want. Also maybe hook up with your local woodworkers guild.
I suppose I should have updated this to close it out over a year ago.
I avoided doing what you suggested for 2 reasons. First I would not buy anything that substantial from Horrible Fright, and second I did not want to "recycle" all of the parts from a brand new machine.
The nice folks at Rikon were the only ones willing to work with me; I think not wanting to trash a new machine for a few parts fits into their culture.
They sold me a motor & blower assembly that I parked on top of my SDD. When I spun the blower it dragged because of the motor's weight. The blower was designed to hang on the motor, not support it.
The fix was a sheet of aluminum plate between the motor and blower to take the weight. around the outside rim of the blower I sandwiched a 1/2" wide strip of 1/8" masonite to raise the aluminum up off the blower's sheet metal in case the plate had any sag.
It worked like a charm and the system is far better than it was.
Very nice! Really glad to hear Rikon came through for you. Which motor and what size fan did you end up getting? Also, what did you think about the cost?
