Gidday GAry 🙂
I do a lot of cutting MDF n he like (large sheet panels)with a circular saw (Hitachi C9). My big green beast has served me well over the years BUT I am finally sick n tired of me & my workshop being covered in noxious MDF dust.
What would be your top 3 circular saw choices for doing this kind of work (I’m looking for the best dust extraction I can find)& are there any other hints or tips you could give me in regards to managing Dust from my circular saw.
I have a 3HP Cyclone but would like some direction on how to best go about reducing my dust emissions from circular saw work when ripping large stock n panel goods

Lou,
I cannot recommend a certain brand like Festool because it might be perceived as my favoring them. However, were I to go looking for the best circular saw available that made cuts smoother than my table saw and had fantastic dust collection, I would look no further than a brand like say Festool, were I even to mention a particular brand. Do not be shocked by the price of a tool such as a Festool circ saw because they are very pricey, but I have never seen a saw work like the saw I used for my joinery book that looked remarkable like a Festool circular saw. Best to you. Gary
Thank you very much for your reply GAry...........REgards Lou :-)
