I had to reset my planer, started back up, then tripped the internal breaker, rest again, and now it won’t turn on…. has been sitting for a couple of hours… thinking it needed to cool off…
The blades and fan spin freely by hand…

It's worth checking the motor capacitors. This sounds like you might have a short.
