I should clean the glue surface with acetone to remove the oil then glue with yellow glue? What type of glue is recommended? Thanks in advance for the advice.

No need to clean. Titebond II.
First of all, what is the moisture content of the wood, ie... is it dry or is it green wet wood? Second, is the project going inside or outside when it's completed?
I glued up one door and edge glued boards for wide trim, all of western red cedar, successfully for the exterior front door of my home 4 years ago. I used polyurethane glue with good, tight joints, clamped securely (the glue foams, pushing underclamped joints apart), with clamps held in place for 24 hours. I wiped the surfaces down with a damp sponge before applying the glue and clamps, and spread the glue thinly but completely covering the surfaces. Despite being in the weather, there is no sign of failure anywhere so far.
