Please provide feed back on brands of epoxy, or application, with the primary focus on maintaining color over the long term

I would like to do more live edge pours but based on experience I have concerns with the epoxy maintaining the color/tint.

I did a live edge with marble, white and silver epoxy pour, that went south.  The table has turned brown after about 4-5 years.
